We care about finish tone, edge details, and overall proportions. Teruier kept the production look consistent with what we approved, which makes it safe to scale a design into a real order.
The TMR27-H10 Chamfered Walnut Portico Mirror is a non-illuminated architectural wall mirror designed for city boutique hotels, business-hotel suites, serviced apartments, and designer-led residential projects.
Two symmetrical straight chamfers replace the familiar arch, creating a precise geometric profile with a clear horizontal top. A deep-walnut surround adds warmth, while a slim cool black-nickel shadow gap separates the frame from the recessed silver mirror.
The result is a distinctive hotel wall mirror that feels urban, structured, and contemporary without appearing cold or overly decorative.
The defining feature of H10 is its pair of equal 140 mm upper chamfers. Each straight diagonal section connects the horizontal top with a vertical side, producing a balanced architectural silhouette.
Unlike a pointed mirror, the design retains a clear horizontal top. Unlike an arched mirror, every structural line remains straight. This gives H10 a more rational and urban character suited to contemporary business and boutique hospitality interiors.
Both chamfers must remain equal, symmetrical, and sharply defined. Rounded corners, waves, curved shoulders, and irregular organic shapes would change the identity of the product.
A 62 mm deep-walnut surround introduces natural warmth while maintaining a controlled architectural profile.
The low-sheen walnut finish coordinates well with warm-gray walls, leather upholstery, dark bronze hardware, blackened metal, stone desktops, and contemporary hotel casegoods. The wood grain provides visual richness without requiring carving, decorative molding, or distressed surface treatments.
H10 is specified with a W2 deep-walnut finish for consistent project production. Alternative wood constructions or finish directions can be reviewed for qualified contract orders.
A 4 mm cool black-nickel shadow gap forms a narrow transition between the walnut surround and the silver mirror. The metal detail remains dark and understated, adding precision without becoming a visible secondary frame.
The 4 mm silver mirror is recessed 8 mm behind the walnut face. This creates a controlled perimeter shadow and gives the product the depth of an architectural opening.
The design contains no integrated LED lighting. Its depth comes from material layering, not illuminated edges.
TMR27-H10 is developed for project buyers who require coordinated finishes, repeatable dimensions, technical review, and export-ready packaging.
The recommended 850 × 1200 mm size works well above a suite writing desk, floating console, dresser, or compact hospitality vanity. Custom dimensions can be reviewed against wall elevations, furniture widths, ceiling heights, and mounting conditions.
Available project coordination may include:
Compared with a standard rectangular wood-framed mirror, H10 creates a more recognizable focal point through its two upper chamfers and recessed mirror plane.
Compared with an arched wall mirror, its straight-line geometry feels more urban and structured. It is especially appropriate for business hotels, city boutique properties, and designer apartments where soft curves may not suit the architectural concept.
Compared with an LED mirror, H10 requires no electrical coordination and allows the room’s existing architectural lighting to remain dominant.
In a city boutique-hotel suite, H10 can be centered above a dark-walnut writing desk or a floating console with a warm-gray stone top. Black-nickel hardware and restrained indirect lighting can repeat the mirror’s material palette across the room.
The diagonal upper corners add visual identity, while the horizontal top and straight sides maintain the disciplined appearance expected in an urban hotel interior.
For repeat guestroom installation, the mirror dimensions, desk centerline, wall outlets, mounting locations, and adjacent millwork can be coordinated from the approved room elevation.
Is the frame made from solid walnut?
The standard specification uses a W2 deep-walnut finish developed for consistent project production. Alternative wood specifications can be reviewed for qualified orders.
Does TMR27-H10 include LED lighting?
No. H10 is intentionally non-illuminated and contains no LED strips, drivers, switches, or illuminated edges.
Can the dimensions be customized?
Yes. Width, height, depth, mirror specification, and mounting points can be adjusted according to approved project drawings. The two chamfers must remain balanced after resizing.
Can the upper corners be rounded?
No. The two straight architectural chamfers are the defining elements of H10. Rounded or curved corners would create a different mirror design.
Can the walnut and black-nickel finishes match our interior samples?
Walnut tone, grain direction, surface sheen, and black-nickel finish can be reviewed during project sampling.
Can the black-nickel shadow gap be removed?
Removing it is not recommended. The narrow shadow gap provides an important visual transition between the walnut surround and recessed mirror.

The final pieces stayed true to the sample.
We care about finish tone, edge details, and overall proportions. Teruier kept the production look consistent with what we approved, which makes it safe to scale a design into a real order.
We shared a mood board and finish requirements, and the team quickly turned it into buildable specs and a clean sample plan. Updates were proactive, and the sample matched our intent without endless back-and-forth. It felt like working with a product team, not just a factory.
We care most about repeatability, and Teruier kept the finish tone and craftsmanship consistent from first order to replenishment. The master reference was followed closely, so there was no “production drift.” That makes reorder decisions simple on our side.
We had a minor packaging detail that didn’t match our latest requirement. Teruier responded quickly, confirmed the cause, and updated the standard so it wouldn’t repeat. The resolution was practical and professional—exactly what you want in a long-term partner.
